Hi!

My name is Sachiko and I am a Japanese.

I am living in Virginia with my husband and lovely two four-legs kids.

We came to the US 15 years ago because of my husband’s job and we loved the life here.

We spent about two years in Virginia and then were dispatched to Chile for about two years.

After that, we were in Austin, TX for three years and we came back to Virginia.

I love eating.

I love cooking and baking.

I love exploring new dishes.

I am always in the kitchen,thinking about what I would cook next for my husband.

In this blog, I will introduce the food I make in the tiny kitchen in Virginia.
